Labels

Labeling is the process of associating a positive or negative example with a category in the schema. In Duet, categories at the same level are mutually exclusive. When you tag a document positive to a given category, the same document is implicitly labeled negative to all its siblings. Labeling is the process through which you educate the system on the semantics of your schema categories. This is analogous to teaching students a new concept in mathematics by showing examples.
